For Personalized Items: After your order has been placed, a proof will be sent to you
within 2 business days. Upon approval, please allow 3-4 weeks for printing and delivery.
For Non-personalized Items: After your order has been placed, we will ship your order
within 5 business days.
We currently ship to the United States. For orders outside of the United States, please
contact us at info@suitorlife.com or 312-841-0236. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. At this
time, we accept Visa and Mastercard.
CANCELLATIONS
After final proof approval, there are no refunds or cancellations. If you would like to cancel
your order before your final proof, there will be a $100 cancellation charge.
RETURNS
We do not accept returns for personalized items. Your final approved proof represents exactly
what will be printed. Please look at your proof carefully, we are not responsible for any
client errors.
In the event that you receive damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within
48 hours - info@suitorlife.com or 312-841-0236. Please save all packing materials.

party unless it is necessary for shipping, authorizing or billing your purchase. If you
would like to be removed from our mailing list after your purchase, please email
